Refunc Policy

All sales of prepaid recharge on the meon pay are final with no refund or exchange permitted. Retailer are responsible for the mobile number or DTH account number for which Customer purchase the prepaid recharge and all charges that result from those purchases. Retailer are also responsible for the information relating to data card and toll-tag recharge and all charges that result from those purchases. meon pay is not responsible for any purchase of prepaid recharge for an incorrect mobile number or DTH account number or incorrect toll or data card information. However, if in a transaction performed by Retailer on the Meon , money has been charged to Retailer card or bank account and a amount is not added to thier wallet within 24 hours of the completion of the transaction, then Retailer shall inform us by sending an e mail to our customer services e mail address mentioned on the ‘Contact Us’ page on the meon. Please include in the e-mail the following details – the mobile number (or DTH account number or data card or toll-tag information), operator name, recharge value, transaction date and order number. meon will investigate the incident and, if it is found that money was indeed charged to Retailer card or bank account without delivery of the amount, then he will be refunded the money within 21 working days from the date of receipt of Retailer e mail. All refunds will be credited to his wallet.

Cancellation Policy

Can Retailer cancel his order?

If customer changed his mind and want to cancel his order, Retailer may do so before the product is delivered to Customer. However, cancellation is subject to the policy and he may cancel Customer order only if the cancellation policy of Customer product allows him to cancel it. He must read the cancellation policy before placing an order.

Refund against cancellation

We will initiate instant refund once we receive your cancellation request. However, it may take some time to reflect in your source account.
